Goodbye!

These little people (and their parents) are moving away from Oregon to start a new life in Boise, Idaho. I can hardly stand that they will be a few hours extra away from me. I know they will be successful wherever they hang their hats. However, Oregon will never be the same without them!

Such mixed feelings! You are so happy for them and their new life, but so sad not to be part of the everyday. My 3rd son lives in Eagle. I do love to visit up there. Not only do I have 3 beautiful grandchildren there and a wonderful daughter in law... and son, who moved them there... but they have great shopping!!! Have a happy day! Love Kathy

Made me cry!!! I'm not ready to move, and yet very ready to move. Is your basement still available? :)

Yes my basement is still available. When are you moving in? You could just keep saving money right?Free babysitting!

Kathy - it takes a grandma to know just how a grandma feels!

I guess we would probably just maintain the amount saved if we lived in your basement, because I hear you have to be working to make money. :) Is position of pool boy filled?

Ugh!! The goodbye thing is just so hard. Double Ugh!!! I do know that you will all make an effort to see each other often. AZ Kathy has a son and his family that live in Eagle. As much as she wishes they were closer, she loves to visit them...says it's a great community. As you so often say..."it's all good". Hard to remember that sometimes, huh? Hang in there. Loves...
